Welcome to Simple Scoopers. By approving a quote, scheduling service, or using our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Description
Simple Scoopers provides residential pet waste removal services, including scooping, bagging, and disposal of pet waste. Optional add-on services may include deodorizer treatments, sanitizer, yard repellent, waste haul-away, and other related services when selected.
2. Pricing & Yard Size
Standard pricing is based on the number of dogs, selected service frequency, and properties up to 1/8 acre in size.
Pricing may increase for:
- Larger properties
- Excessive waste buildup
- Difficult yard access
- Multiple fenced areas
- Special requests
- Initial cleanups requiring additional time
- Unsafe or unusually difficult cleanup conditions
If additional charges apply, we will communicate them before continuing service whenever possible.
3. Recurring Billing
Recurring services are billed automatically every 4 weeks unless paused or canceled.
Customers authorize Simple Scoopers and its payment processor to securely store and charge the payment method on file for recurring services, add-ons, late fees, or approved service adjustments.
Payment may be collected upfront to reserve a recurring service spot on our route.
4. First Service Scheduling
Approval of a quote and payment does not guarantee same-day service. First service dates are typically scheduled within 5-7 business days of approval, based on route availability, weather conditions, and operational scheduling. We will communicate your first service date within 24 hours of approval.
5. Access Requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring the yard is safely accessible during scheduled service times.
This includes:
- Unlocking gates
- Providing gate codes if necessary
- Securing aggressive pets
- Removing hazards or obstacles
If service cannot be completed due to inaccessible gates, loose aggressive animals, unsafe conditions, or other preventable access issues, the visit may still be billed.
6. Pets, Gates & Property Responsibility
Simple Scoopers will:
- Close and latch gates after completing each visit
- Take a photograph of the closed gate as proof of securement
- Send the gate photo to the customer after service
However, customers remain responsible for:
- Functional gates, latches, and fencing
- Properly secured pets during scheduled service times
- Repairing pre-existing fence or gate issues
Simple Scoopers is not responsible for pets escaping due to:
- Faulty gates or latches
- Pre-existing fence issues
- Gates left unsecured by other parties before our arrival
- Pets left outside without containment during service
7. Weather & Unsafe Conditions
Service may be delayed, skipped, or rescheduled due to:
- Severe weather
- Lightning
- Flooding
- Extreme heat
- Aggressive animals
- Unsafe yard conditions
- Other safety concerns
When possible, missed visits may be rescheduled within the same service cycle.
8. Excessive Waste & Initial Cleanups
Recurring service pricing assumes regular ongoing maintenance.
Yards with excessive accumulation may require:
- Additional time
- Additional charges
- An initial cleanup fee
Customers will be notified whenever possible before additional charges are applied.
9. Cancellations & Pausing Service
Simple Scoopers does not require long-term contracts. Customers may pause or cancel recurring service at any time by:

We request at least 24 hours notice prior to the next scheduled visit whenever possible. Cancellations received within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may still be billed for that visit.
10. Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable once a service cycle has begun. However, Simple Scoopers may provide credits, reschedules, or service adjustments at its discretion.
Disputed charges should be raised within 30 days of the charge by contacting hello@simplescoopers.com. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be eligible for resolution.
